THE REAL WORKFLOW

Standardized locally.
Visible centrally.

I developed a Google Sheets-based reporting system that centralized equipment, breakdown, maintenance, parts, consumables and labor records from multiple customer sites.

Site Google Sheets → IMPORTRANGE → HQ Master Google Sheets

Each site maintained its own source file. IMPORTRANGE pulls ranges from those spreadsheets into the central workbook. Updates can take time.

In this local simulation, Submit Rows saves the active source worksheet and starts a visual refresh. The traveling packets are a metaphor for spreadsheet synchronization. No API push, Apps Script consolidation, physical server or real-time telemetry is implied.

All site identities, units, records and characters are synthetic. Your drafts and submissions stay in this browser tab's session. Reset Demo preserves them.
